Since my arrival in England, I’ve been keeping in contact with Traci and the kids almost daily via Skype. It’s been great to still be able to talk to the family even though we’re separated by so many miles. At times, though, I’m not available to take their calls (especially late at night my time, which is +5 hours ahead of EST in the USA). Thankfully, I have Skype voicemail. Just to give you an example of how much of a blessing this is, I woke up this morning to find that I had eight voicemails from my kids (this after I had already spoken to them several times earlier last evening!). Here are a few examples of what I received:
- Voicemail from Reagan, 16 October 11:40pm (35 seconds)
- Voicemail from Reagan, 17 October 12:41am (5 minutes, 16 seconds)
- Voicemail from Reagan, 17 October 12:47am (29 seconds)
How can a Dad feel more loved than this?
